A product is eligible for return if:

• All accessories, manuals, and original packaging are included

• The customer provides a valid order ID, invoice, or proof of purchase

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Refund time: 3–7 business days

• COD refunds: processed via bank transfer or UPI

If the product fails inspection, refund will not be issued.
